INGADA’s Role (Gulf coastal hotel sealing package): INGADA supplied a Structural Silicone + MS Polymer package for a CSCEC-built Gulf 5-star hotel on Palm Jumeirah: SR-100 (ASTM C1184 structural silicone) for the unitised glass curtain wall and the landmark 15×15 m glass-cube entrance (18 glass panels per side); MS-625 (±25% movement, 0.4 MPa modulus, French A+) for the façade joints, windows & doors, balconies and pool perimeter under 45°C+ desert heat, extreme UV and coastal salt spray; MS-88L (crystal-clear mold-proof) for the 477 guest bathrooms and marble shower enclosures where the Yabu Pushelberg marble aesthetic must stay uninterrupted by colored joint lines; and MS-50A (Shore A ≥80) for the 100 m pool, SPA and kitchen wet zones. This is the standard “Gulf coastal 5-star hotel” sealant package, directly transferable to hotels across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the wider Gulf/Middle East.
