BEIJING – As of September 2024, with the Xuefu Yihao Yuan project located in Beijing’s university district, west of Beijing Sport University, nearing completion, INGADA has supplied a total of 250,000 units of various adhesive and sealant products to China’s first high-standard prefabricated construction project. With high initial adhesion strength of up to 800 kilograms per square meter, the product has greatly improved construction efficiency when workers bond large wall panels, saving substantial time previously required for auxiliary fixing and slow curing, making it highly popular among construction workers.

Additionally, the silicone weather-resistant sealant applied in the project has received high praise for its excellent elasticity, superior adhesion properties, and rapid construction performance, effectively ensuring project progress and construction quality.
