INGADA VP Long Xingyu Visits Russia to Strengthen Building Materials Partnerships

MOSCOW – Mr. Long Xingyu, Deputy General Manager of INGADA, recently completed a business visit to Russia to explore cooperation opportunities in the country’s construction and building materials sector.

During the visit, Mr. Long participated in events organized by the National Association of Builders of Russia (NOSTROY). He met with Mr. Anton Glushkov, President of NOSTROY, and Ms. Yang Dan, Chairman of the Russia-Guangdong Entrepreneurs Union. The two sides discussed facilitating the compliant entry of Chinese building materials enterprises into the Russian market.

NOSTROY stated its commitment to providing systematic support for Chinese partners while adhering to high-quality standards for material supply and construction projects.

Mr. Long expressed gratitude for NOSTROY’s professional support, noting that its assistance in establishing a register of reliable manufacturers has helped Chinese enterprises understand Russia’s market access rules. He also mentioned that a NOSTROY delegation had visited INGADA’s production facilities in 2024, conducting on-site inspections of production processes and quality control systems.

At NOSTROY’s final council meeting, Mr. Long attended as a guest. The council reviewed preparations for the 24th All-Russian Congress of Self-Regulatory Organizations. During the meeting, Mr. Glushkov presented the “National Unity Award” to ten industry representatives.

INGADA stated that this visit has further strengthened its connections with Russian industry authorities and partners, laying a solid foundation for subsequent business expansion in Russia.
