Through strategic collaboration with Beijing Urban Construction Group, INGADA deployed its advanced Silane-Modified Polymer (MS Polymer) portfolio. By replacing legacy polyurethanes (which contain hazardous isocyanates and yellow over time) and standard silicones (which cause oil migration and surface staining), INGADA delivered an eco-friendly, zero-VOC, ultra-durable adhesive matrix.

1. Extreme Thermal Dynamics & Sub-Zero Winter Cycles
   • Challenge: Beijing experiences sharp temperature swings ranging from sub-zero winter freeze cycles -20°C to -30°C to hot summer humidity. Floorboards and wall panels expand and contract rapidly, causing lower-grade adhesives to shear or delaminate.
   • Requirement: Adhesives with high elongation at break ≥ 350%, wide thermal resistance -40°C to +90°C, and low-temperature flexibility.
2. Strict IAQ & Zero-Odor Hotel Commissioning Standards
   • Challenge: Solvent-based adhesives release volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and toxic phthalates. Odors delay hotel opening schedules, directly impacting revenue.
   • Requirement: 100% solvent-free, 0% phthalate, ultra-low VOC formulations compliant with French VOC A+ and FDA standards.
3. Heavy Foot Traffic & Acoustic Comfort ≥ 16 dB Noise Reduction)
   • Challenge: Hotel corridors and rooms require dampening of footstep impact noise while preventing hollow sounds beneath solid wood and SPC/PVC flooring.

A. Wall Cladding & Panel System: INGADA MS-77PVC & MS-35

• INGADA MS-77PVC (Pure Resin Deformation-Resistant Adhesive):
  • Properties: Zero-deformation support, anti-sinking pure resin formula, 100% solvent-free.
  • Role: Applied on flexible PVC, wall panels, and homogeneous sheets in high-traffic corridors.
• INGADA MS-35 (Instant Grab Construction Adhesive):
