INGADA’s Role (commercial-building sealing package): INGADA supplied a Structural Silicone + MS Polymer package mapped to a typical commercial-office building envelope: SR-100 (ASTM C1184, high-strength structural silicone) for the unitised LOW-E glass-aluminum curtain-wall structural bonding; MS-625 (±25% movement, 0.4 MPa modulus, French A+) for the 600 m-long façade joints, curtain-wall edge sealing and MEP/HVAC wall penetrations; MS-88L (crystal-clear, mold-proof) for hotel & apartment wet areas and glass shower enclosures; and MS-35 (800 kg/m² instant grab, 3.2 MPa shear) for interior panel / stone / metal decoration bonding in the 10.5 m double-height lobbies and office floors.

2. Engineering Challenge

Challenge 1 — A 600 m-Long Unitised Glass Facade

the system needs low modulus, high movement capacity (±25%) and UV resistance to keep the 600 m envelope watertight and silent year after year.

Challenge 2 — Steel · Glass · Aluminum Structural Transitions in the Complex Geometry

demands an ASTM C1184 structural silicone for load-bearing glazing plus a compatible ±25% weather seal.

Challenge 3 — MEP / HVAC Penetrations + Hotel-Grade Interior Finishing in a Dual-Business Building

The whole interior fit-out must stay low-VOC (French A+ class) for day-one occupancy of the office floors.
