INGADA’s Chen Tie Visits South China University of Technology Gymnasium Project

GUANGZHOU – In July 2021, Mr. Chen Tie, Manager of the Application Technology Department at INGADA, visited the South China University of Technology Gymnasium project to evaluate the long-term performance of the company’s SR-78 silicone self-leveling sealant in roofing applications.

Completed in 2016, the gymnasium has been in service for five years. Its roofing system utilized INGADA’s independently developed SR-78 sealant as a key material for waterproofing and insulation. During the visit, Mr. Chen conducted a comprehensive roof inspection and engaged in in-depth discussions with university representatives.

Five years of practical application have validated the exceptional performance of SR-78 under southern China’s challenging climate of high temperatures, humidity, and frequent rainfall. The product has effectively ensured waterproof sealing while contributing significantly to building insulation. It has withstood Guangzhou’s alternating harsh conditions of prolonged heat and heavy rain, maintaining excellent performance and earning high recognition from the university.
