BEIJING – In June 2024, members of INGADA’s technical team visited the Guoyu Weilaiyue project site in Tongzhou District, Beijing, for a technical exchange session with the construction team to ensure smooth and efficient product application.
Located at Jiukeshu West Road in Tongzhou District, Guoyu Weilaiyue is among Beijing’s first high-standard residential projects and the first such project in the city’s sub-center. The project integrates green building, prefabricated construction, and ultra-low energy building systems, achieving a prefabrication rate of 93%. The interior decoration adopts a prefabricated system including quick-install wall systems, elevated floor systems, and integrated kitchens and bathrooms, with factory-produced components assembled on-site through dry processes.
As a key supplier, INGADA provided multiple high-performance adhesive and sealant products for this project. During the session, INGADA’s technical team presented product characteristics, construction key points, and solutions to common issues. In-depth discussions were held with construction personnel regarding large wall panel bonding and elevated floor system installation based on actual project scenarios. The session received positive feedback from the project team.
This technical exchange not only ensured smooth product application but also strengthened collaboration between INGADA and all project stakeholders. Moving forward, INGADA will continue to support high-standard projects through professional technical services and quality products.
