BEIJING — In May 2025, members of INGADA’s technical team visited the Xiyue project site in Beijing’s Chaoyang District to conduct a specialized technical exchange session with the project construction team, aimed at ensuring the smooth and efficient application of the company’s products in the project.
Located west of Huangqu Station on Chaoyang North Road in Chaoyang District, the Xiyue project is a highly anticipated high-quality residential development in the area. The project comprises nine residential buildings ranging from 7 to 18 floors, with a total of 382 units. It launched presales of completed properties in January 2025 and is scheduled for delivery in October of the same year. As a high-standard residential project, Xiyue imposes stringent requirements on building material performance and environmental quality.
As the exclusive adhesive and sealant supplier for this project, INGADA has provided a full range of bonding and sealing solutions. During this technical exchange session, the company’s technical team delivered detailed presentations on product characteristics and construction key points, and provided professional responses to two core concerns raised by users: product performance in high-temperature environments and product environmental performance. With the upcoming implementation of the new national standard GB/T 35609-2025 “Green Product Evaluation – Waterproofing and Sealing Materials” in November 2025, the environmental performance of sealing materials has become a focal point in the industry. INGADA technicians demonstrated the excellent performance of the company’s products in VOC control and low-carbon attributes on site, earning high recognition from the project team.
The session concluded with positive feedback from all participants. This technical exchange not only ensured smooth product application but also further strengthened the collaborative relationship between INGADA and all project stakeholders.
