INGADA Helps Formulate Beijing’s “Assessment Standard for Full Decoration of Residential Buildings”
BEIJING – In October 2023, INGADA, recognized as an authority in the adhesive and sealant industry, was invited to participate in the working meeting for the formulation of the Beijing Local Standard “Assessment Standard for Full Decoration of Residential Buildings.” Joining industry regulators, leading research institutions, and top-tier enterprise representatives, INGADA contributed its professional insights to enhance quality standards for fully decorated residences, underscoring its pivotal role in advancing industry standardization

Organized by the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the “Assessment Standard for Full Decoration of Residential Buildings” (DB11/T 2405-2025) serves as a core technical document to regulate and guide quality practices in residential finishing. The standard aims to establish a scientific and unified evaluation system, comprehensively improve residential construction quality, and vigorously promote the application of green building and prefabricated technologies. The standard is expected to be officially released around April 2025 and will take effect on July 1, 2025.
Leveraging its profound technical expertise and innovative achievements in prefabricated construction and interior industrialization, INGADA was invited to participate in this working meeting, making it the sole adhesive specialist enterprise invited to contribute to this standard development process. During the meeting, INGADA’s technical experts engaged in in-depth discussions with the compilation panel on core issues, including key performance metrics for adhesives, environmental and health standards, and guidelines for precise construction application within the full-decoration context. Drawing from successful practical experience in benchmark high-quality residential projects such as “Xuefu Yihao Yuan” and “Guoyu Weilaiyue,” INGADA provided valuable professional recommendations to enhance the standard’s scientific rigor, applicability, and forward-looking vision.

This invitation to participate in the formulation of an authoritative local standard represents the industry’s high recognition of INGADA’s longstanding technical leadership, rigorous professionalism, and extensive practical capabilities. Looking ahead, INGADA remains committed to contributing to the development and refinement of industry standards. Through its superior innovative product portfolio and comprehensive full-process technical services, INGADA will empower the residential full-decoration sector, jointly creating living environments of higher quality, health, and sustainability.
